These Terms & Conditions apply for Pooches & Pinot’s Facebook & Instagram competitions.

Follow the instructions within the advertised timeframe. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Make sure you are following us on Facebook & or Instagram, so we can contact you directly if you win.
To enter, follow instructions on competition post.

• Prize is as advertised.
• Winner will be notified via medium by which they entered. Winners are only those that are specifically named.
• The judging will be decided at the closing time of the competition at a fixed address and the judge’s decision is final.
• By uploading a photograph to the competition, the entrant accepts that the photograph may be used by Pooches & Pinot in future marketing, in print and online.
• Conditions of entry – no staff or family member of Pooches & Pinot can enter.
• The prize only includes the prize advertised and does not cover other costs the winner may need to spend. If the prize is a voucher, the voucher is valid for 3 years and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the voucher. Prize is not redeemable for cash equivalent.
• The judge’s decision is final. A winner will be selected at random or where relevant, on the photograph’s merit. By entering the competition you are accepting the method we use to choose the winner.
• Pooches & Pinot are not liable and do not accept responsibility for an entry that is not received or any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with an entrant’s participation in the competition or the taking of the prize.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. We hereby release Facebook or Instagram of any liability.
